ECHA Österreich in cooperation with the University of Salzburg
The Project Platon Youth Forum
Since 12 years the Platon Youth Forum brings together young Europeans
who are highly motivated to discuss issues that affect the
European community as a whole.
In small groups, participants get to know each other, discuss challenging
topics and learn to understand each other's point of view. One week they
spend at a boarding-school located in a beautiful village close to Salzburg
which offers lots of leisure time activities.
The Platon Youth Forum is organized by the Association „ECHA - Österreich“
(European Council for High Ability) in cooperation with the University of
Salzburg, Department of Education. Additionally, the Platon Youth Forum is
accompanied by a research project (financed by the Jubilee Fund of the
Austrian National Bank / Project Number: 10946).
